Shipping policy

Order Processing: Once your order has been paid in full, please allow up to 48 hours to process your order, depending on the size. Expect an email to let you know when your order is on the way!

Shipping Rates: We offer free shipping on all orders over £500. For orders under £500, we have a flat-rate cost of £10 to all locations within mainland UK. 

Loss or Damage in Transit: In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at david@ridistribution.co.uk with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will do our best to work towards a satisfactory solution with you.
