Where do you ship from and to?

We ship to any business address in the UK from our warehouse in Newcastle.

We have built great relationship with UK carriers providing our stockist with fast & affordable freight.

We do not offer drop shipping.

How much does shipping cost?

RI Distribution UK offers free shipping on all orders over £500 or a flat-rate shipping fee of £10 for any orders under £500.

What are your typical delivery times?

Generally, the standard shipping time is between 2 to 4 business days, depending on your store location.

If you require expedited shipping, please call us as soon as you place your order and we will give you a quote for same day/next day delivery.

What are your payment terms?

We accept payments using Credit/Debit Card, Paypal or Bank Deposit.

If you are an established customer, you may apply for credit terms by contacting our sales team.

How do I become a stockist?

Once you create an account with us, you will have full access to all our products and pricing, as well as access to our brand resources and support.

What are your warranty terms?

Typically our products are covered by a 6 to 24 month warranty, depending on the product.

The warranty covers manufacturing defects which result in the product being of unsatisfactory quality.

The warranty covers goods that have been sold within Australia by RI Distribution, where a valid receipt of purchase can be provided by the retailer, both of their purchase from RI Distribution, and that of their end consumer......
